Privavia acts solely as an intermediary to connect clients with licensed aircraft operators. We do not own or operate any aircraft.

We facilitate:

• Charter flight quotes

• Booking coordination and communication

• Special requests and additional services (where applicable)

3. Booking Terms

Flight bookings are subject to:

• Operator availability

• Regulatory restrictions and safety requirements

• Full payment as per the terms specified in your quote

Your booking becomes valid only upon written confirmation and receipt of payment, unless otherwise agreed.

Changes or cancellations may incur additional costs and are subject to the terms of the aircraft operator.

4. Pricing and Payment

All quotes are based on current aircraft availability, fuel prices, airport fees, and other factors.
Prices are subject to change until confirmed in writing.

Unless stated otherwise, payments must be made in full prior to the flight. Payment methods and invoicing details will be provided upon confirmation.

5. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate passenger information

• Ensuring all travelers have valid passports, visas, and entry documentation

• Arriving at the designated terminal/location on time

• Complying with all safety and security requirements

Failure to do so may result in refusal of boarding or cancellation of your flight without refund.

6. Liability Disclaimer

Privavia shall not be held liable for:

• Flight delays or cancellations caused by operators, weather, ATC, or force majeure

• Loss or damage to baggage or personal belongings

• Personal injury or death, except where caused by our gross negligence

The liability of the actual air carrier is governed by international aviation conventions and local aviation law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (logo, design, text, visuals) is the property of Privavia unless otherwise stated. You may not use, copy, or distribute any material without our prior written consent.
