Executive & Operations Assistant

Executive & Operations Assistant

The Role

The Role

You'll play an important role in keeping the business organised, supporting our clients and ensuring confirmed charter flights run smoothly from beginning to end. Working closely with the Founder, you'll initially receive guidance and training on our processes, gradually taking greater ownership of operational coordination and client relationships as your experience develops.

The position will also involve supporting activities across LexAir, our separate private aviation business focused on fractional aircraft ownership and management.

We're looking for someone who's naturally organised, proactive and personable. Someone who takes pride in getting the details right, enjoys looking after people and is comfortable taking responsibility.

About you

We're looking for someone who combines strong organisational skills with a genuinely personable approach.

You'll ideally have around 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in private aviation, premium travel, concierge, executive support or another high standard client service environment.

• Is highly organised, detail oriented and dependable.

• Can manage multiple priorities without losing sight of the finer details.

• Communicates confidently by telephone, email and WhatsApp.

• Is discreet and professional when handling confidential information.

• Is comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

• Enjoys working in a growing business where responsibilities can evolve.

• Has strong digital skills and experience using CRM systems, spreadsheets and general business software.

Previous private aviation experience would be advantageous, particularly in charter coordination or flight operations, although relevant experience from premium travel, concierge or high end client services will also be considered. Familiarity with systems such as Avinode, Zoho CRM, Google Workspace or Xero would be beneficial but is not essential.
