Football Team Charter Flights.
Built for the cycle.
Squad and staff travel built around the midweek-to-weekend turnaround — with a dedicated Privavia coordinator on the ground from boarding to bag claim.
SPORTS TEAM CHARTERS / FOOTBALL
WHY FOOTBALL CLUBS CHARTER
Tuesday in Lisbon. Saturday at 12:30 kick-off. The cycle works on charter.
A Tuesday Champions League away leg followed by a Saturday 12:30 kick-off doesn't survive a commercial schedule. Charter flights are the only way the cycle works — late departure after final whistle, overnight at destination, mid-morning return, training Friday, kick-off Saturday lunchtime.
We arrange aircraft sized to the matchday party — typically 50+ for a first-team movement once squad, technical staff, medical, analysts, ops and media are counted — and put a coordinator on the ground at both ends to manage the squad, the staff and the bags.

WHAT SETS PRIVAVIA APART
A coordinator with the squad.
From boarding to bag claim.
Every Privavia football charter is staffed with a dedicated coordinator who travels with the party. They check the squad in, walk the bag count, work the apron, and meet the team off the aircraft at the destination
The team manager has one Privavia number to call — not a handler, not a call centre, not a different operator at every airfield.
The single biggest difference between a smooth team movement and a chaotic one is a person on the ground who owns itiggest difference between a smooth team movement and a chaotic one is a person on the ground who owns it
ROUTES WE FLY REGULARLY
From domestic away days to UEFA group-stage legs.
A non-exhaustive list of fixture corridors handled across recent seasons
AIRCRAFT
Sized to the travelling party and the sector.
Turboprops for shorter hops, jets for longer European legs and tour windows. Mixing aircraft types to match sector length is often the most cost-effective programme across a season.
